1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Home Renew Source website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Home Renew Source provides home renovation and remodeling services including but not limited to:

  • Home decor and interior renovation
  • Exterior and garden renovation
  • Home and fire security installation and maintenance
  • Roof, solar, window, and floor installation
  • Bathroom renovation and remodeling

All services are subject to a separate written contract that will govern the specific project scope, pricing, timeline, and warranty.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Quotes are based on information provided by the client; any changes to scope, materials, or property conditions may result in revised pricing. A deposit of 30% is required to schedule work, with the balance due per the milestone schedule in your project contract.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 30% due upon contract signing.
  • Milestone payments: per project contract schedule.
  • Final payment: due within 7 days of project completion.
  • Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances.
  • Financing: available through our lending partners subject to credit approval.

5. Warranties

We provide workmanship warranties as follows:

  • Essential package: 2-year workmanship warranty.
  • Signature package: 5-year workmanship warranty.
  • Estate package: 10-year workmanship warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on installed products are passed directly to the client. Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, misuse, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information and access to the work site.
  • Obtain necessary HOA approvals if applicable.
  • Clear work areas of personal belongings prior to construction.
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly to the project manager.
  • Make timely payments per the contract schedule.

7. Project Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect pricing and timeline.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancelled within 3 business days of contract signing, full deposit refund is provided. Cancellations after work has begun are subject to a cancellation fee equal to work completed plus 15% of the remaining contract value.

9. Limitation of Liability

Home Renew Source's total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, 3D renderings, and marketing materials are the property of Home Renew Source. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
  • Use automated tools to scrape content without permission.

12. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or through our unsubscribe page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ketchikan, Alaska, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
